Root Cause identified:

Nirama vata with kathinyam and ushnam in gall bladder creating a symptom of cervical spondylitis. Sama kapha in ajna chakra indicating resistance to perception. Sama kapha with ushnam in tarpaka kapha indicates headaches. Sama kapha with ushnam in rasa dhatu indicates anger and frustration while eating.

Sama vata with ushna in large intestines indicating incomplete bowel evacuation. Sama vata with ushna in lungs indicating dryness and sneezing. Sama vata in liver indicating vata dosha in liver creating a feeling of emptiness in stomach and craving for sweets. Nirama vata along with nervousness in small intestines indicating mal-absorption. Nirama vata in stomach indicating gastritis. Nirama vata along with picchilatvam in spleen indicating low immunity. Sama vata in conscious mind indicating restlessness.

sama vata with gurutvam in large intestines indicates mucus present in stools making stools soft causing incomplete evacuation.
sama kapha in apana vayu with kathinyam and ushnam and sama kapha mualadhara chakra with laghutvam and sukshmam pulse along with nirama vata with laghutvam and sukshmam pulse kidney and urinary bladder indicates excess glomerular filtration and low urinary bladder retention resulting in frequent urination.
